Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in Anhui Normal University and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates. Article 2 Anhui Normal University is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the state and a key normal university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Anhui Province. Article 3 Those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Anhui Normal University; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting will be awarded the degree certificate of Anhui Normal University. Article 4 Undergraduate enrollment of Anhui Normal University follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", and is subject to the supervision of higher authorities, discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure

Chapter III Admission
Article 8 Our school recognizes the filing rules of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) if they meet the requirements for school filing. The filing ratio shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Article 9 For candidates who enter the bidding file, according to the principle of score priority (clear score), according to the candidates' bidding results, the admission majors are arranged in order from high score to low score, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. When the scores are the same, the admission will be sorted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Candidates who can't meet all professional volunteers and don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed. Article 10 Candidates applying for English major must use English as a foreign language, and have a good score in the oral English test, with a score of not less than 120 (150). Eleventh candidates who apply for musicology major should have a score of not less than 50 points in a single foreign language course (150); Candidates who apply for fine arts, fine arts (including painting, sculpture), design (including visual communication design, environmental design, arts and crafts), and calligraphy have a single foreign language score of not less than 60 (150). Twelfth Anhui Normal University does not organize the school examination of art enrollment professional courses, and recognizes the results of the unified examination or joint examination of majors in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Candidates who enter the file are enrolled in the major according to their grades from high to low. Thirteenth candidates in Anhui Province apply for art majors, and the scores of cultural courses reach the minimum control line of provincial art undergraduate courses, and they are admitted according to the comprehensive scores of each module in the provincial unified examination. Dance performance major (sports dance, aerobics direction) is selected according to the comprehensive score of Module 3. 3. Dance performance (folk dance, classical dance, modern dance, ballet) and aviation service art and management majors are selected according to the comprehensive score of "Module 4". 4. Calligraphy and law majors are selected according to the comprehensive scores of "Module 6". 5. Fine arts, fine arts, design, animation, film and television photography and production are selected according to the comprehensive scores of "Module 7". 6. Musicology majors are selected according to the comprehensive scores of Module 8. 7. Music performance majors are required to choose the exam according to the main score of "Module 8" on the basis of passing the professional provincial unified examination results, and the cultural examination results and artistic comprehensive scores reach the corresponding batch of art undergraduate control lines designated by Anhui Province. Among them, vocal performance only recruits candidates whose main event is vocal music, and instrumental performance only recruits candidates whose main event is instrumental music. The minimum control line of the main score is determined by the school before admission. The calculation method of comprehensive scores of the above-mentioned majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Anhui Education Admissions Examination Institute. Fourteenth candidates in Anhui Province apply for physical education, and their cultural scores reach the minimum control line of provincial physical education undergraduate, and they are selected according to the comprehensive scores of provincial physical education undergraduate college entrance examination. Chapter IV Physical Examination and Tuition Fees

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 18 Anhui Normal University recruits students from sports training, orientation students, national special events, local special events, Xinjiang classes in the mainland, sports (experimental classes for football teachers), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the school enrollment brochure. Article 19 Schools provide teaching in English, Russian, Japanese, French and other languages. Non-foreign language majors can choose one of them as a college foreign language course according to their study in senior high school. Twentieth according to the professional category of students, the entrance is not divided into specific majors, fully respect the needs of students' personality development.
