In order to ensure the smooth progress of the regular meeting of the student union and give full play to the role of exchanging ideas and coordinating work, this system is formulated:

1. hold a regular meeting of the student union at the club board at 7: 00 every Sunday evening.

2. The members of the regular meeting are composed of the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general, deputy secretary general, ministers and deputy ministers of various ministries (each department can bring an officer to participate).

3. The meeting shall be presided over by the Secretary-General or the Deputy Secretary-General, and the secretariat personnel shall be responsible for the minutes of the meeting.

Ministers should report last week's work and next week's work plan to the presidium at the regular meeting. And summarized by the vice chairman in charge.

Five. After summing up the work, the participants spoke freely and exchanged the work experience of various departments.

6. The chairman made a speech, summed up the work of the Student Union, and made plans and arrangements for the work of each department.

7. After the regular meeting, the Presidium and ministers of various ministries stayed to discuss and exchange the issues raised at the meeting.

8. Participants must dress neatly and wear badges. Be present ten minutes in advance and sign in at the sign-in desk consciously. The secretariat is responsible for attendance.

9. During the meeting, please ask the participants to consciously set their mobile phones and pagers to vibrate or turn them off to ensure the normal meeting.

X. Unless there are special circumstances, all participants must attend on time. If you can't attend the meeting, you must ask the chairman for leave in advance, and the secretariat will record it and find the corresponding personnel to attend the meeting on your behalf. Otherwise, it will be regarded as absence without reason. Those who are absent for three times without reason shall be reported to the presidium for dismissal.

Eleven. Being late for a regular meeting for three times without reason shall be treated as being absent without reason.

Twelve. At the meeting, the work assigned by the presidium to each department must be completed on time. Those who fail to finish on time for the second time will be disqualified from the year-end evaluation of their own and their departments.
