If there is no requirement for salary and you have relevant accounting work experience, you can find a job regardless of whether you have passed CPA exam or not. If you want to have a good career in the accounting industry, or enter a better accounting firm, it is not enough to pass CPA A3, but you must actually get a CPA certificate.
