Shanghai finance university is a public, industrial and ordinary undergraduate college with the core of finance, the focus of economic management, the focus of law, literature, science and engineering, and the goal of cultivating financial management talents.

Shanghai finance university was founded in 1952, formerly known as Shanghai Banking College of the People's Bank of China. 1987l shanghai finance university. Shanghai finance university has two campuses. The main campus is located at No.995 Shangchuan Road, Pudong, with an area of 450,000 square meters and a building area of 250,000 square meters. There are experimental teaching centers, student activity centers and teacher development centers with a collection of 900,000 books. Information systems and network applications cover all aspects of teaching, scientific research and management services. Coin museum, painting and calligraphy museum, gymnasium, fencing museum and school history museum have become important cultural facilities of the school.
