Test paper 1: Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitution, Chinese legal history, international law, judicial system and legal professional ethics, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law.
Test Paper 2: Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, Environmental Resources Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Private International Law, International Economic Law and Civil Procedure Law (including arbitration system).
The subjective test is a volume, including case analysis questions, legal documents questions, essay questions and other questions, with a score of 180. If you choose to do subjective questions in the exam, candidates can choose one of them to answer.

Certificate:
A certificate-you must have a bachelor's degree or above, with a score of 360 or above, in order to get an A certificate.
B certificate-the registered permanent residence belongs to the law major candidates in the relaxed area, and the judicial examination score is above 360 points.
C certificate-candidates who belong to areas with relaxed academic qualifications stipulated by the state apply for law degrees, and have achieved the results of publishing qualified scores in the relaxed areas that year.
Note: After the reform, the original certificate of legal professional qualification B has been cancelled, and there are only two kinds of certificates, A and C, but the certificates of candidates who have passed the judicial examination are not affected.
