Zhang Hong, male,1born in April 1982, is a native of Leiyang, Hunan, and a scholar in Chutian, Hubei.

He is currently the deputy dean of the School of Law of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, the director of the Institute of Civil and Commercial Code, the executive deputy director of the China Research Center for Letters and Calls and Social Stability, and the deputy editor of the Research on Private Law (CSSCI Source Collection).
