The first batch (2 1): Peking University (20 10 full-time non-enrollment), China Renmin university, Tsinghua University (including joint enrollment with Beijing National Accounting Institute), Central University of Finance and Economics, Nankai University, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Fudan University (20 10 full-time non-enrollment) and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Nanjing University, Xiamen University (20 10 full-time enrollment, including joint enrollment with Xiamen National Accounting Institute), Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Hunan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Chongqing University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Xi Jiaotong University, and Institute of Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance.

The second batch (4 universities): Beijing Jiaotong University, Jilin University, China Ocean University and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

The third batch: expected to be released in August 20 10, which may include but not limited to Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Liaoning University, Sichuan University, Zhejiang University, Tianjin University, Tongji University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Central South University and some local universities.
