When was the School of Public Administration of Nanjing Agricultural University established?
The public management education of Nanjing Agricultural University began with the study of land issues and agricultural policies. As early as the early 20th century, our predecessors, Central University and Jinling University, began to study land use, land economy and policy, and agricultural politics.

65438-0992 Nanjing Agricultural University established the first land management college, the first doctoral program in land resource management and the first post-doctoral mobile station in public management. In 2003, the school established a public management college (reserved land management college) on the basis of the school of land management.

In 2005, the College was authorized by the first-class discipline of public management, and now it has four doctoral programs, four master programs, and four master programs (MPA), namely, land resource management, administrative management, educational economy and management, and social security, and public management, land resource management, administrative management, human geography and urban and rural planning, and human resources.

In 2007, land resource management was listed as a national key discipline. In 2008, public management was recognized as the only first-class key discipline in Jiangsu Province, and in the same year, land resource management was rated as a national specialty. 20 12 public management (category) was awarded the key undergraduate major in Jiangsu province. 20 13 comprehensive training center of public administration discipline was established as a provincial experimental teaching and practical education center. In 20 17, in the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, the discipline of public administration was rated as a level.

The College has research institutions and bases such as national and local joint engineering research centers for rural land resources utilization and renovation, China Land Research Center _ Think Tank, Sino-Dutch Land Planning and Cadastral Development Center, institute for public policy, urban and rural development and land management innovation research base, and has jointly established a key research base for rural development and land policy in Jiangsu Province with the School of Economics and Management. Over the past five years, the college has undertaken more than 60 international, national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and published more than 600 academic papers, including more than 60 SCI/SSCI papers, and more than 0/0 research results have been instructed by the leaders of the central government and Jiangsu provincial government.
