Jinan University is a comprehensive university approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government and Ministry of Education. It is a key construction university in Shandong Province, the first batch of famous schools with applied talents training characteristics in Shandong Province, the "Excellent Engineer Education Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, a "first-class" construction university in Shandong Province, the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the first batch of pilot schools in the construction of emergency management college.
