These awards are national. National english contest for college students has four award grades: grand prize, first prize, second prize and third prize, all of which belong to the national award grade. In the actual competition, the second and third prizes are decided in the school (according to a certain proportion of the number of applicants in the school), and the grand prize and the first prize are decided in the final.

There are four national prizes in national english contest for college students: the grand prize, the first prize, the second prize and the third prize. The second prize and the third prize are produced through the preliminary competition, and are selected according to 30‰ and 50‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition. The grand prize and the first prize are produced through the finals and determined by the competition organizations of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to the final results.

The total winning proportion is 86‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition, the grand prize 1‰, the first prize 5‰, the second prize 30‰, and the third prize 50‰. Schools with less than 167 participants but not less than 100 can have one student to participate in the finals. When calculating, keep it to one decimal place, and then select it according to the principle of rounding.

In addition, the Outstanding Organization Award is awarded to the organizing committees of the competitions in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the organizing units and individuals at all levels with a reward ratio of 1:3, which is uniformly selected and awarded by the organizing committee of the national competition.
