Cornell University will soon set up master's and doctoral degrees in computer science, electronics and computer engineering, information technology and engineering.

There are 500,000 square meters of open green space in the park, and solar panels and 4 acres of geothermal wells are built to provide heating and cooling services for the park. The first phase of the project will start on 20 15 and be completed on 20 17. By 2027, the park will increase by 6.5438+300,000 square feet.

Designed by SOM's new york office, the park aims to become the largest zero-carbon building complex in new york. According to the forecast of new york Economic Development Group, the park will generate an output value of 7.5 billion US dollars in the next 30 years, and the total economic activities will exceed 23 billion US dollars. The study also shows that the total tax revenue of the park will exceed 6,543.804 billion US dollars, and 20,000 construction jobs and 8,000 permanent jobs will be created.
