Where is Zhang Zhidong from?
Zhang Zhidong, a native of Nanpi, Zhili, was born in Xingyi Prefecture, Guizhou Province (now Anlong County). When he was governor, he was called "Shuai", so everyone called him "Zhang Xiangshuai".

A famous minister in the late Qing Dynasty and a representative of the Westernization School in the Qing Dynasty.
