Guang 'an Vocational and Technical College, referred to as Guang 'an Vocational College for short, is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning approved by Sichuan Provincial People's Government and sponsored by Guang 'an Municipal People's Government. It is also one of the demonstration vocational colleges in Sichuan Province. The school is located in Guang 'an.

The school's predecessor was Yue School founded in 1906, where Chen Hejun, the prototype of the famous revolutionary hero "Red Rock", graduated. In 2004, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, Yuechi Normal School in Sichuan Province was upgraded independently.
