Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College is located in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. The school is the national key vocational education teacher training base of the Ministry of Education, the national backbone teacher training base, and the Sino-German teacher training domestic base. It is also the national advanced manufacturing technology student training (teacher training) base and the first batch of "national high-skilled personnel training bases".
The school was established in 195 1. In July, 2000, with the approval of Hunan Provincial People's Government, the former Zhuzhou Railway Motor School merged with the University of Industrial Workers of the Ministry of Railways and was upgraded to Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College. 2065438+August 2006 was selected as the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units.
The school has five secondary colleges: Railway Traction and Power College, Railway Power Supply and Electrical College, Railway Vehicle and Machinery College, Railway Communication and Signal College, Railway Operation and Management College, Ideological and Political Department, physical education class Department and Continuing Education College, enrolling 36 higher vocational majors (directions).
