2. Undergraduate students who enroll independently in art design, music performance and other majors: (1) College English course score ≥ 1.0 (corresponding to course assessment score ≥ 60); (2) Passing CET-4 (reaching the qualification line for entering the next CET-6 announced by the National CET-4 and CET-6 Committee); (3) Take the foreign language examination organized by the school for the bachelor's degree of non-foreign language majors and pass the examination.
3. Foreign Language Majors: (1) Pass Band 4; (2) Pass the TEM-8 test for foreign language majors; (3) Take the foreign language examination organized by the school and obtain a bachelor's degree in foreign languages.
Graduates who have obtained the national postgraduate entrance qualification shall be deemed to have met the requirements for awarding bachelor's degrees by the school in that year.
Article 3 Circumstances restricting the granting of bachelor's degrees
In violation of the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 2 of these Rules, a bachelor's degree shall not be awarded, or in any of the following circumstances:
(1) Being punished by "dropping out of school" and "expelling from school".
(2) During the school period, he was punished by "recording the record" for more than two times (including two times) because of the violation of the course examination; Or those who are subject to "probation" punishment due to discipline violations in course examinations (whether dissolved or not).
(three) did not pass the undergraduate qualification examination, or the average score of "professional main courses" is lower than the school regulations.
(four) students who have graduated or completed their studies and returned to school to take the examination violate the examination discipline; Or has exceeded the maximum study period stipulated by the school and has not yet reached the conditions for awarding a bachelor's degree.
(five) other circumstances in which academic degree evaluation committee believes that the bachelor's degree cannot be awarded.
Article 4 Procedures for awarding bachelor's degrees
(a) the degree evaluation sub committee of each college shall conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of undergraduate graduates of this college for awarding bachelor's degrees according to these rules, and report the preliminary examination to the Academic Affairs Office for examination.
(2) After the audit, the Academic Affairs Office is responsible for reporting to the academic degree evaluation committee of the school and putting forward a list of suggestions for granting and not granting bachelor's degrees.
(3) academic degree evaluation committee, the school, held a meeting for evaluation and review, and made a decision on whether to grant a bachelor's degree. The decision to vote by secret ballot must be passed by more than half of all members of academic degree evaluation committee University.
(4) The principal (or the person entrusted by the principal) awards the applicant a bachelor's degree.
Article 5 A degree may be awarded to those who meet one of the following conditions through disciplinary examination during their school days. Upon my application, the Academic Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Admissions and Employment Office and the college where the applicant is located are examined and approved by academic degree evaluation committee.
(a) the average score of "professional main courses" is ≥3.0 (the average score of the corresponding professional main courses is ≥80).
(2) those who have won awards and honorary titles at or above the provincial and ministerial level.
Article 6 Graduates who fail to complete their required studies within the prescribed basic academic system are allowed to return to school to continue their studies within the maximum study period prescribed by the school. Those who meet the conditions for graduation qualification examination and pass the qualification examination for applying for a bachelor's degree may be awarded a bachelor's degree upon my written application and approval by academic degree evaluation committee.
Article 7 Those who have obtained the graduation qualification, but have not obtained the bachelor's degree because their foreign language scores have not met the prescribed conditions within the prescribed basic academic system, may, within the maximum study period prescribed by the school, take the foreign language course examination for the degree organized by the school upon their written application, pass the qualification examination for applying for the bachelor's degree, and be awarded the bachelor's degree.
Article 8 The time for awarding a bachelor's degree shall be based on the date when the academic degree evaluation committee of the school makes a decision, and the bachelor's degree certificate shall be filled in according to this date in principle.
Article 9 If the bachelor's degree certificate is lost or damaged, the school may issue the corresponding bachelor's degree certificate after I apply and provide relevant supporting materials. This certificate has the same effect as the original bachelor's degree certificate.
Article 10 If it is verified that the graduation thesis of an applicant for a bachelor's degree was purchased, written by others, copied or forged, academic degree evaluation committee University may disqualify him from applying for a bachelor's degree; For those who have obtained a bachelor's degree, their decision to grant can be revoked according to relevant procedures, and their bachelor's degree certificate can be cancelled. The decision to cancel the qualification of applying for a bachelor's degree and to cancel the award of a bachelor's degree will be announced to the public, and its application for a bachelor's degree will no longer be accepted.
Article 11 These Rules shall apply to undergraduates who receive full-time general higher education in our university.
Article 12 These Rules shall be implemented as of the date of undergraduate students of grade 20 14, and the original Working Rules for Granting Bachelor's Degree to Ordinary Undergraduate Graduates of Jiangxi Agricultural University (No.52 of Jiangxi Agricultural University [2014]) shall be abolished at the same time.
Thirteenth these rules shall be interpreted by the Academic Affairs Office of the University authorized by academic degree evaluation committee.
