1, Hangzhou Bank

Hangzhou Bank was established on September 26th, 1996. Hangzhou Bank has nearly 100 branches, with 10 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Shaoxing, Hefei, Wenzhou and Quzhou, and one branch in Jiaxing.

2. Zhejiang Bank

Zhejiang Bank, founded in the first year of Xuantong (1909), was reorganized from Guanyin Hao, with its head office in Hangzhou and branches in Shanghai. After the Revolution of 1911, it was renamed Zhejiang Bank of the Republic of China.

3. Hangzhou Commercial Bank

Hangzhou Commercial Bank was established on September 26th, 1996. It is a local joint-stock commercial bank with independent legal personality.

4. Hangzhou United Bank

The full name of Hangzhou United Bank is "Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank", formerly known as "Hangzhou United Rural Cooperative Bank", which was established on February 5, 2005 and officially opened on June 8, 2005. With the approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission, it is a joint-stock cooperative community-based local financial institution initiated by farmers, rural industrial and commercial households, enterprise legal persons and other economic organizations within the jurisdiction of Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan and Yuhang District).

In the first quarter of 2002, Hangzhou Commercial Bank took the lead in successfully replacing non-performing assets among the national city commercial banks, which fundamentally improved the asset quality of the whole bank and reached the national advanced level. In 2003, Hangzhou Commercial Bank realized the diversification of property rights by increasing capital and shares and absorbing private capital. In April 2005 and August 2006, Hangzhou Commercial Bank successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Asian Development Bank, becoming the first city commercial bank in the province with foreign equity participation. On July 8, 2008, it was renamed Hangzhou Bank. The English name is "Hangzhou Bank Company Limited" or "Hangzhou Bank" for short.
