Chongqing Tourism Vocational College is a public tourism college established by Chongqing Municipal People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. The college is located in the southeast of Chongqing, the central city of Wuling Mountain. Known as the "Oriental Luxembourg", Qianjiang District of Chongqing is adjacent to the beautiful and magnificent "Balahu" scenic spot. The campus covers an area of more than 3 12 mu, and the construction area of school buildings such as library, teaching building, office building, student canteen, student apartment, track and field, basketball court, student activity center and national traditional sports training base is more than 200,000 square meters. The hotel training building, 3D simulated tour guide training room, Chinese and western training room, bar, wine cellar, pastry room, garden training room, tea culture room, tea art room and other on-campus training places have been built. The college has 8 teaching units, including Tourism Management Department, Hotel Management Department, Tourism Planning Department, Tourism Equipment Department, International Tourism Department, Tourism Art Department, Big Data College and Public Foundation Department. It has set up 20 majors, including tour guide, tourism management, hotel management, garden technology, accounting, music performance, dance performance, tourism English, business English, arts and crafts design, cooking technology and nutrition, automobile inspection and maintenance technology, flight attendant, preschool education, digital media application technology, big data technology and application, national traditional skills, online marketing, information statistics and analysis, and intelligent control technology. The project "Supporting Higher Vocational Colleges to Improve Their Professional Service Ability" by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance supports the construction of two majors.
