It's not good to study for a double degree. What you have learned is not solid, and it takes a lot of time and energy. In China, a postgraduate diploma is more useful. There are too many college students, even if you have two degrees, you still have a junior college diploma, which is not competitive, and studying two majors at the same time may not guarantee you to learn well. It's better to concentrate on learning a major, and then go to graduate school or PhD, which will help you a lot in the future.
