English classes are definitely available. Generally speaking, there are classes in freshmen and sophomores, and it is not excluded that there will be English classes in juniors last semester. (Our school has to learn English even in junior year ...)

Most major freshmen are not allowed to take CET-4, but those closely related to English will be allowed, such as International Trade, Finance and ACCA in Accounting College.
