Established in 2003, Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly organized by Xiamen University, a key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and Xiamen Tan Kah Kee Education Development Co., Ltd., which operates with a new mechanism and mode.
Jiageng College is located in Zhangzhou Campus of Xiamen University, covering an area of 2,726 mu. The campus faces the mountain and the sea, and faces the Siming campus of Xiamen University across the sea. Campus architecture is dominated by Jiageng-style architecture, which combines Chinese and western styles, magnificent and scattered among lakes and mountains, creating an atmosphere in which students bathe in books, swim in the sea, study quietly and think deeply.
