First of all, these two schools, Tianjin Normal University, are the best among the two universities in Tianjin, but they are not key universities, 2 1 1. In normal universities, there should be more than 10 students in the whole country! Fuzhou University and Fujian Province are short of educational resources, except Xiamen University (2 1 1, 985), the others are basically poor. Fuzhou University, a provincial key university in Fujian Province, 2 1 1. In terms of institutions, Fuzhou University is better!

Secondly, geographically speaking, your first consideration is your own position. If you are from Fujian, you can basically conclude that Fuzhou University is more suitable. After four years of college, if northern cities such as Tianjin don't have a suitable foothold, or can't find an ideal job, and don't have their own position in the city, they will still go back to cities near their hometown. I have a deep understanding of this. Similarly, if you are close to northern cities such as Tianjin, then you choose Tianjin decisively. The most practical statement is that you can't waste four years in college working and living in a strange area, so you might as well get to know it when you are in college and integrate into this city or region.

Finally, we should consider the major of environmental design, and look at the comprehensive strength, teaching staff, scientific research strength, employment prospects and so on of these two universities. Tianjin Normal University doesn't know Fuzhou University's chemistry and computer. It has a photocatalytic laboratory, which is first-class in China, but it was my university in 2005! You know the specific professional direction!
