3. 1 Actively carry out mental health education for college students
College students' self-identity is in crisis. In most cases, college students' self-awareness is biased and they can't accept the changes brought about by the development of self-awareness. Paying attention to cultivating college students' self-awareness and enhancing their self-confidence and self-esteem will help college students form a good self-identity. Colleges and universities need to actively carry out mental health education, adopt scientific and reasonable educational means and strategies from the aspects of college students' cognitive laws and physical and mental development characteristics, and promote the smooth development of mental health education activities. First of all, in the process of mental health education, we should attach importance to the subjective position of college students, highlight the principle of subjective education, fundamentally pay attention to the development of college students, strengthen the cultivation of their sound personality and promote their self-development. To carry out mental health education in colleges and universities, we should respect the dominant position of college students, fully and carefully understand the characteristics of college students' personality development, and find out the psychological influence brought by the growth environment factors in college students' development. Secondly, to carry out mental health education in colleges and universities, we should actively adopt scientific teaching methods and adopt some advanced teaching technologies as far as possible, such as multimedia teaching methods, micro-courses, flipping classroom teaching modes, etc., to fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, promote college students to realize the importance of mental health education activities, learn from them and realize the significance of self-identity, objectively and accurately evaluate themselves, and provide a healthy psychological state for subsequent study and life [2]. Furthermore, according to the development characteristics of college students, targeted teaching methods are adopted to promote college students to form a good self-identity, and the most important thing is to form an objective and reasonable evaluation system to promote college students to truly realize themselves. Among them, it is necessary to provide some personalized services for college students as much as possible, take college students as the teaching center, build a scientific management mechanism, and actively create a harmonious and relaxed learning environment. Finally, pay full attention to and respect the hearts of college students and promote them to truly feel their own value and role. Mental health education needs to attach importance to the value and advantages of college students, encourage them to explore bravely, fully realize the gap between self-ideal and real life, and study and work hard in a positive state to improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, so as to enable them to establish a correct concept of self-identity [3].
