Question 2: What conditions need to be met?
The following four conditions must be met:

Question 3: How to calculate the purchase time?

The housing subsidy policy is valid for three years, that is to say, eligible college students can enjoy subsidies when buying houses from August 2065438 to August 20265438.

And the house your family bought for you during your college years, even after August 20 18, 12, you can't enjoy the housing subsidy.
For example, in March this year, your family bought you the first suite in your life in Ningbo, and you graduated in June this year, so you can't enjoy the housing subsidy.
Question 4: How to calculate the "first-time purchase of a family's only house"?
The problem in this respect is really complicated.
According to the policy, the certificate of the only house in Ningbo is issued by the natural resources planning department. In other words, you have to go to the real estate registration center where the house is located to type this certificate.
Question 5: Can you enjoy the policy repeatedly?
Fenghua, Beilun and other places have introduced their own talent subsidy policies before the new housing subsidy policy in this city. Someone asked if I could enjoy it again.
According to the standard of "buying the only family house for the first time in a big city", it is obviously impossible to enjoy it repeatedly. As for the house bought before August 20 18, 12, but the house will not be delivered until next year, so don't worry. Refer to the "Question 3" section of this article, this is not overdue. After the delivery of the house, the certificate will be produced, and it will be handled according to the normal process of the old policy within half a year.

The new policy makes it clear that the real estate that enjoys the housing subsidy can only be listed and traded after obtaining the real estate registration certificate for five years, that is, the sale is limited to five years.
