Baode College of Tianjin University of Commerce is located in Tianjin, which is near the Bohai Sea. It is an independent college at the undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education. It is co-founded by Tianjin University of Commerce and Tianjin Morgan Education Management Consulting Co., Ltd., with a brand-new school-running mechanism and mode and a four-year academic system.
