What does the university hosting fee mean?
The phenomenon of arbitrary charges in Yibin Vocational and Technical College is increasingly rampant, and the school will not get the diploma if it says no.

Unexpectedly, I have to attend the graduation ceremony of the school when I am almost full.

We are students of Grade 08 in Yibin Vocational and Technical College. We will receive a notice from the school in early July, 20 1 1. From this notice, we can see that almost every student has to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars in addition to deducting the corresponding fees from the students who have won the scholarship, and they have to pay to get the diploma. We hope the school can give us a reasonable explanation so that we can pay the money clearly. Rather than the vague attitude of school leaders and teachers, and the arrogant attitude of not getting a diploma without handing it in.

Our annual tuition fee is 5700 yuan, including 4 100 yuan, accommodation fee and 800 yuan and 800 yuan trusteeship fee. The school said that the escrow fee is to help us manage it, and we will refund more and make up less in the future. Now the charge notice given by the school with the diploma is that the escrow fee for each student has just been used up, but we don't know how to use our escrow fee during the three years of our university. The school has never given a clear answer.

Our school implements the credit system. Unlike the academic year system, the credit system is arranged by the school, but we choose our own courses. The credits of each course are different. It is impossible for everyone to choose so many credits. Generally, you will choose 1 ~ 2 credits or more. The school also told us that 10 credits don't need to be paid, but now students with only 0.5 credits have to pay the school. Moreover, in the early stage of enrollment, the school divided liberal arts courses according to the subjects of high school, requiring the graduation credit standard for liberal arts students to be 136 and that for science students to be 132. Now it is said that all students must calculate according to the standard of 132 credits. Over and over again, who should we trust? What is the mystery behind the inconsistency?

In the second semester of sophomore year, some of our classmates went to Changchun for an internship for one year, which means that the whole junior year will not take those classes at school. However, the school requires them to go through the formalities of leaving school before leaving and pay tuition and fees for three years before leaving. It is understandable to pay tuition in the third year. In order to get the school diploma, we can't understand that we have to pay accommodation and custody fees in the third year. What's the use of this money when we're not at school? The so-called escrow fee in the school will be refunded more and replenished less, but the students who went to Changchun have never stayed in the school for a year, and they have not used public facilities such as water and electricity in the school, and they have not refunded a penny. We don't know where these shady money is spent. Is there really something "unnecessary"?

We consulted the teacher, who was vague and said that the school asked not to disclose the details of payment, so we had to go to the teacher to see it ourselves. Finally, the teacher said that you paid so much money for college. What can you call this money now? Behind every student, there is a hard family, our parents have hardships, and every taxpayer can safeguard his legitimate rights and interests. Can you understand this?

In recent years, the phenomenon of opaque school fees has become more and more serious. It's not that no one broke the news. Baidu also found a post posted by a classmate a few years ago. It can be seen that this kind of thing has existed for many years, with tens of thousands of graduates and thousands of tuition fees every year. What a huge number, a terrible black hole. Is it necessary to indulge this phenomenon in order to continue to develop? Students, we are all reasonable people and deserve a lot. If we are not clear, we will seek justice.

1. I personally handed in 1800 and gained more than ten credits. When I entered the school, I said that I would pay 80 for one more credit, but now the price has gone up. 85 for public courses and 95 for specialized courses. I still don't know how to calculate the cost of 1800!

2. I am a student living in area B, and I pay my own electricity bill every month. Students living in area A don't have to pay the electricity bill. But in the end, students in Zone B and Zone A paid 54 yuan's utilities when they got their diplomas. Why? Why do students in Area A and Area B pay the same utilities? And don't we have to pay 800 yuan custody fee every semester? Isn't the escrow fee used to deduct these miscellaneous fees?

Stand up, don't stop without justice in party festivals!
