Natural overview: Wu 'an City is located in the southwest of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain. The whole city covers an area of 1806 square kilometers, governs 8 offices, 13 towns and 30 townships. The population is 655,600, and the nationalities are Han, Hui, Zhuang, Man and Mongolia. The territory is the hilly area at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, surrounded by mountains, with an altitude of 1000 meters or more. Qingyanzhai, the highest peak, is 1899 meters above sea level. The main rivers are Nanming River. The climate is cold and dry in winter, hot and rainy in summer and cool in spring and autumn.
