① A number of monoclonal antibody cell lines of gastric cancer with strong specificity and high immune activity were established by lymphocyte hybridization technology, and four new tumor antigens were found from gastric cancer cells by modern immunological methods, named MGAgs, which were used to detect such antigens in human tissues, blood, gastric juice or ascites. It has important application value for early diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis of gastric cancer, and has been verified and affirmed by clinical application of international peers.
② Using cell engineering and immunology techniques, we successfully developed 10 monoclonal antibodies against gastric cancer, with strong specificity and high sensitivity. Combining cell engineering with genetic engineering, ImmunoPCR, a serological diagnosis method of gastric cancer, was developed, which pioneered the specific serological diagnosis of gastric cancer, improved the positive rate of serological diagnosis of gastric cancer, and detected some early gastric cancer.
