Chen Tai Ji Chuan, formerly known as Chenjiagou Boxing, is a set of traditional boxing methods and belongs to one of the schools in Tai Ji Chuan.

The technique of combining long boxing, artillery boxing and bare boxing originated from Chenjiagou, wen county, Henan Province in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Chen Tai Ji Chuan has a good fitness function.

It originated in Chenjiagou, wen county, Henan Province, and later spread to many parts of the country, including Xining, where it worked as a professor at Qinghai University for the Aged.
