The Regulations on Disciplinary Measures for Students of Tibet University states that students who intend to be punished may submit a written reply to their college within 1 working days after receiving the notice. If there are no objections or questions that have been solved, the notice of proposed punishment shall be signed for confirmation, and the punishment decision shall be deemed as acceptance.
