Now, why should universities recruit students independently?
1. Guiding ideology 1. Through the implementation of the method of "focusing on cultural examination and combining diversified comprehensive evaluation", we will select some outstanding talents with outstanding professional expertise or good comprehensive quality in some aspects. 2. The principle of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be followed in the selection of independent enrollment. 2. Enrollment target: Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can be identified as a "self-enrollment" candidate after being recommended and recommended by middle school and tested by our school. 1. Those with excellent academic performance and outstanding comprehensive quality. 2. Those who have outstanding expertise in scientific and technological innovation and literature. 3. Those who have outstanding training potential in foreign languages and apply for English and Japanese majors in our school for the first time. 4. Outstanding comprehensive quality, the first choice for national defense students and orientation students in our school. Three. Enrollment Procedures Our school organizes a group of experts and professors to conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials submitted by applicants for independent enrollment, and evaluate the comprehensive quality of students according to their academic performance, competition results, hobbies, social activities, personal statements and recommended materials. And select some outstanding candidates to participate in the re-examination activities of the independent enrollment winter camp. Our school held a self-enrollment winter camp to re-examine candidates. The re-examination content is divided into cultural examination and expert interview, in which the subjects of cultural examination for science and engineering candidates are mathematics, physics and English, and the subjects of cultural examination for literature and history candidates are Chinese, mathematics and English. Candidates applying for English and Japanese majors need to increase oral English interviews. Candidates who apply for national defense students and orientation students need to increase professional interviews. Four. Admission principles 1. According to the test results of winter camp students, the school determines the list of independent enrollment and the preferential policies enjoyed by candidates in the college entrance examination. If the total score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) reaches 20 points below the local minimum admission score of similar subjects in our school, we will admit the independent enrollment candidates recognized by our school. Those with excellent grades can enjoy more favorable admission policies with the consent of the school enrollment leading group. 2. First, students who wish to apply for English and Japanese majors line up according to the test results of the winter camp. 3. First, students who voluntarily apply for national defense students and orientation students will decide their grades according to the students' situation and the test results of winter camp. V. supervision mechanism 1. In order to ensure the fairness and justice of independent enrollment and selection, the school has set up an expert group composed of functional departments, discipline inspection departments and full-time teachers to interview and evaluate candidates. After the results of independent enrollment are examined and approved by the enrollment leading group, the selected list will be announced to the middle school where the candidates are located, and reported to the provincial enrollment examination institution where the students are located for the record. 2. Middle schools and students themselves should follow the principle of "good faith" and make recommendations in a fair, just and open manner in strict accordance with certain procedures, and the recommended materials must be true. If there is any recommendation fraud, once verified, the recommended student qualification and the three-year recommendation qualification of the student's middle school will be cancelled.
