Chapter I General Principles

First of all, the Wushu Association of Hebei University was founded on 1984 by the famous martial artist Professor Wu Shuqing. Its predecessor was the Wushu Team of Hebei University, which was founded in 1963. It is one of the eight outstanding associations in colleges and universities in China. Wushu Association insists on "learning morality first, taking morality first; Wushu Association's spirit of "inheriting culture, striving for self-improvement, innovation and development, aiming high" has gone through a tortuous and brilliant road. Hoda Wushu Association will, as always, carry forward the excellent traditional culture and create greater glories.

Two: Hebei University Wushu Association is a mass sports and cultural organization composed of Wushu enthusiasts under the leadership of the Youth League Committee and the Federation of Associations. It consists of two parts: the headquarters and the business school.

Members must go through the registration formalities on time, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the association and obey the unified leadership of the association.

Chapter II Training Group

First, the coach responsibility system is implemented, and the coach has the obligation to seriously teach the basic skills of Wushu, teach Wushu ethics and respect the players; Have the right to supervise and evaluate team members, and have the right to dismiss team members according to regulations.

Two: coaches and players should go to the training ground on time, and they will be punished if they are late for no reason, and they will be expelled if they fail to arrive three times within two weeks without reason; If you need to ask for leave from the coach, you must not ask for leave more than four times in two weeks, otherwise you will be expelled; If the coach doesn't arrive on time without reason, he should be punished consciously. If the circumstances are serious, it should be handed over to the training department for handling.

Three: Keep your concentration during training, and don't whisper and talk loudly.

Four: team members have the right to make comments and suggestions on the affairs and training of the association.

Chapter III Wushu Team

One: Wushu team is the core organization of Wushu Association, and Wushu players are the backbone of Wushu Association.

Two: Wushu team members are selected according to the entrance examination of each semester, which is held once every semester. The entrance examination is called by the team leader, and those who pass the examination are designated by the head coach. (personnel flow system)

Advocate martial arts, respect teachers, and resolutely obey the leadership of the head coach.

Four: Wushu players should establish a strong sense of responsibility and establish a good image for their younger brothers and sisters.

Five: during the training period, a strict leave system is implemented. If something happens, you must ask for leave from the team leader and explain the reasons for asking for leave. If you are absent for three times in two weeks without reason, and you can't guarantee two times in one week, you will be expelled.

Six: Go to the designated venue for training on time, and those who arrive late without reason will be punished.

Seven: Keep your concentration during training, and don't whisper and talk loudly.

Eight: take good care of the equipment. The equipment that has not been learned must not be tampered with and must be put back in its original place after use; Personal equipment shall not be altered without permission; If the equipment is lost, it will be punished according to the logistics regulations.

Nine: To learn a new routine, you must apply to the group leader and file it in the office. You can't learn until you are recognized.

Ten: Wushu team members have the obligation to pass on the routines they learned from their brothers and sisters or through other channels, and may not keep them privately. At the same time, players are not allowed to teach routines privately.

Eleven: Team members should write notes before each large-scale activity, and then write a summary report and submit it to the office for filing.

Twelve: Wushu team members should consciously return to the team for training after the postgraduate entrance examination, otherwise they will be treated as quitting the team.

Thirteen: Wushu team members have the right to know, participate, vote and be elected, and have the right to make decisions on major issues.

Fourteen: Wushu team members become honorary members after graduation, which shall be filed by the association.

Fifteen: Anyone who has special circumstances must ask the head coach for instructions.

Chapter IV Organization

One: The organization of the association has a chairman, a martial arts team leader, and an office, a propaganda department, a network department, a training department and a logistics department.

Second, the operating mechanism of the organization.

(1): the association implements the chairman responsibility system, and the chairman is responsible to the head coach and all members.

(2): The plenary session of Wushu Team is the highest decision-making body of the Association, which is called by the head coach and is planned to be held once or twice a month to discuss major issues of the Association.

(3): Hold a general meeting of all members every semester to make work arrangements for this semester.

(4) Establish an information feedback mechanism, which will be summarized and recorded by Wushu team members at the regular meeting.

Three: the way the organization is produced

(1): The chairman, the captain of the Wushu team and the ministers of all departments must be produced by members of the Wushu team.

(2): The chairman and captain of the Wushu team are nominated by the former chairman and captain respectively, approved by the plenary meeting of the Wushu team and appointed by the head coach.

(3): The ministers of all ministries are nominated by the chairman and adopted by the plenary meeting of Wushu Team.

(4) Players above1/3 can appeal jointly, and the impeachment mechanism for the chairman or team leader can be started, and the head coach has the absolute power to replace the chairman and team leader; The chairman or captain can start the impeachment mechanism against the minister, which will take effect when more than two-thirds of the martial arts players pass.

Four: organizational responsibility

(1) Chairman: fully responsible for the daily work of the association and determine the working objectives of the association; The personnel within the organization should unite, coordinate the relations between all parties and win the support of all parties.

(3) Training Department: responsible for the training of all groups of the Association.

Chapter v rewards and punishments

One: Those who have made outstanding achievements in various martial arts competitions shall be reported to the Youth League Committee for certain awards.

Two: each group of coaches will give a certain subsidy every semester.

Three: the Wushu Association fights, engages in small groups, has a problem with the style of work, and is expelled if the circumstances are serious.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

1. The Articles of Association was formulated in September 2004 and promulgated on1October 20, 165438, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Two: The Articles of Association can be amended with the consent of more than 65,438+0/3 players, and become effective after the consent of more than 2/3 players and the approval of the head coach.
