In 2006, the only social development project of "7+ 1" project in Industry-University-Research, Wuxi-Wuxi Cancer Base of Fudan University was officially listed. Our hospital has become a modern comprehensive hospital integrating medicine, teaching and research with tumor prevention, early diagnosis, comprehensive treatment and follow-up as its core. The hospital has more than 40 clinical and medical departments, including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, anesthesiology, pathology and imaging. Hospital is the first hospital in Wuxi to establish oncology department. After 30 years of construction and development, oncology was recognized as the first batch of municipal clinical key specialties in Wuxi in 1992 and the first batch of provincial clinical key specialties in Jiangsu Province in 2000.
