Article 1 In order to maintain the normal teaching, work and life order of the school, administer the school according to law, educate people and strengthen management, ensure that students have a good study and living environment and ensure the healthy growth of students, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities (Order No.21of the Ministry of Education in 2005) and in combination with the actual situation of the school.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to full-time undergraduates (including students with second bachelor's degree and those who have been promoted to junior college), adult education students and graduate students in our university.

Chapter II Types and Specific Application of Penalties.

Article 3 Schools shall give criticism, education or disciplinary action to students who violate laws, regulations and disciplines, depending on the nature and severity of their mistakes. There are five kinds of disciplinary actions:

(1) warning;

(2) serious warning;

(3) recording a demerit;

(4) Stay in school for observation;

(5) expulsion from school.

Article 4 Under any of the following circumstances, the punishment may be given a lighter or mitigated punishment:

(a) take the initiative to admit mistakes and show sincere repentance;

(two) actively assist the organization to investigate and deal with problems;

(three) actively report and expose other people's disciplinary actions.

Article 5 In any of the following circumstances, a heavier punishment shall be given:

(a) the attitude of admitting mistakes after education is not good;

(2) Deliberately shielding other disciplinary actions;

(3) taking revenge on informants and witnesses;

(four) within one year after being punished, it is necessary to be punished again for violating discipline;

(five) there are two or more illegal acts at the same time;

(six) collusion with off-campus personnel to commit a crime;

(7) drinking alcohol.

Sixth students who are given a lighter or heavier punishment according to these regulations shall be dealt with within the scope of the punishment; If the students who are punished have mitigating circumstances as stipulated in these regulations, they shall be dealt with below the limits stipulated in the punishment.

Article 7 The term of detention is generally one year, counting from the date of decision. Students who are subject to probation will be inspected by their colleges. If they show serious repentance during probation, they can be released from probation on schedule. If there is significant progress, the probation period can be terminated in advance. Those who do not change after education or violate discipline during the probation period will be expelled from school.

Graduates who violate the school discipline will not be kept on probation. According to the facts, nature and circumstances of the violation of discipline and my understanding of the violation of discipline, I make a decision on punishment.
