Liaoning Advertising Vocational College, founded in 1993, is the first advertising vocational college in China. The college is located in the northern suburb of Shenyang, and together with more than ten universities such as Liaoning University (liberal arts campus) and Shenyang Normal University, it has formed a new Shenbei University City and a rising university cultural circle.
