Zhejiang Lakeside Entrepreneurship Research Center, formerly known as Lakeside University, was founded by 9 entrepreneurs and famous scholars including Liu Chuanzhi, Ma Yun, Feng Lun, Guo Guangchang, Shi Yuzhu, Shen Guojun, Qian Yingyi, Cai Hongbin and Shao Xiaofeng. Zhejiang Lakeside Entrepreneurship Research Center is located in Zangqian Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, adjacent to the dream town, with an overall area of about 375 mu, and the first phase of planning and construction is about 60 mu. Yao Renxi, a master architect, is the chief designer of the new campus. The main campus building is circular, surrounded by water, and the space is organized by gardening, which has the function of modern science and technology teaching.
On March 28th, 20 18, Zhejiang Lakeside Entrepreneurship Research Center laid the foundation stone in Hangzhou. The former temporary campus was near the West Lake. This is a long-term campus, which is expected to be completed and put into use in 2020.
