Objective: The employment of college students is a problem worthy of our attention. When college students choose universities and majors, most people first consider the future employment problem. In order to understand college students' views on future employment, the employment intention of lobbying students was investigated.

Through the investigation of college students, we found that most students still want to stay in large and medium-sized cities, and many people want to go to college or enter large and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, most of them expect their salary to reach more than 3000 yuan.

The follow-up survey of graduates' employment includes two dimensions: college graduates and employers.

A survey of college graduates. This paper mainly investigates the length of college graduates' career development, and adopts the whole sample communication survey method to understand graduates' evaluation of the overall situation, training effect, their own employment situation, career development and growth.

(2) Investigation by employers. In this paper, the employer satisfaction survey is mainly aimed at the recruitment supervisor and graduate business supervisor of the employer for the employment of college graduates. Through sampling, communication and investigation, we can understand the evaluation of employers on the political and moral quality, professional quality, professional level, professional ability and role of college graduates.
