Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education in order to better regulate the enrollment behavior, improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and ensure the smooth enrollment of college entrance examination in our school.

Article 4 School address

The school is located in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. There are Huafeng Campus (No.Normal University Road 1, Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province) and Administrative Office Campus (No.76, Yu Ying Road, Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province).

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 The formulation of enrollment plans for all majors in the school is mainly based on social talent demand, school development planning and school conditions, taking into account the number of college entrance examinations in various provinces (cities, districts), the employment situation of graduates and the situation of students' sources, and combining with the compilation of student source plans in our school in recent years, comprehensively analyze and determine the principles and methods for the preparation of enrollment plans (i.e. enrollment source plans) for all provinces and majors. The enrollment source plan is proposed by the Admissions and Employment Office, audited by the school, and implemented after approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education.

Article 9 The enrollment plans of schools in Sichuan Province and other provinces (cities, districts) shall be announced to the public in a prescribed way through the enrollment authorities where students are located, and at the same time published on the school enrollment information network and the 2022 enrollment brochure of China West Normal University.

Article 10 According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022, the reserved plan of our school shall not exceed 1% of the undergraduate plan of this year, and the use of the reserved plan will be admitted in strict accordance with the admission rules of our school.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Eleventh according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the implementation of the "school is responsible for the supervision of the provincial admissions department" system, according to the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and artistic comprehensive assessment, merit-based admission. Sixteenth general professional admission rules

Candidates in our school adopt the principle of "score first" when arranging admission majors, and there is no professional grade difference. According to the candidates' grades and professional wishes, from high scores to low scores. Those with the same grades will be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional deployment, the school will assign them to the incomplete majors according to the candidates' scores, but the priority of the deployment volunteers is lower than that of the non-deployment volunteers. If candidates do not obey the professional deployment, our school will not file.

Article 17 Admission rules for arts and sports majors

The major of drama, film and television literature recognizes the scores of cultural and professional examinations organized by the province (city, district) where the students are located. Candidates who enter the file adopt the principle of "score first" when arranging admission majors, and there is no professional grade difference. According to the candidates' scores and professional volunteers, after the cultural and professional scores reach the admission control scores designated by the provinces (cities, districts), they will be admitted from high to low according to their cultural scores. Those with the same cultural achievements will be admitted in turn according to their professional achievements, foreign languages, Chinese and mathematics.

Other arts and sports majors recognize the examination results of culture, art and sports majors organized by the provinces (cities, districts) where the students are located. When arranging admission majors (categories), candidates who enter the archives adopt the principle of "score first", and there is no professional grade difference. According to the candidates' scores and professional volunteers, after the cultural and professional scores reach the admission control scores stipulated by various provinces (cities, districts) (among them, the cultural scores of candidates majoring in fine arts and design in Sichuan Province are 20 points higher than the provincial control line in Sichuan Province, except for normal students at public expense), the cultural scores of candidates majoring in physical education in Sichuan Province are higher than those in Sichuan Province. Those with the same professional achievements will be admitted in turn according to their cultural achievements, foreign languages, Chinese and mathematics. When the candidates' professional volunteers cannot be fully satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional deployment, the school will assign them to the majors that are not full according to the candidates' scores from high to low. If candidates do not obey the professional deployment, our school will not file.

It is suggested that the height of boys and girls who apply for the major of dance and dance performance in our school should be no less than 1.70m and 1.60m respectively.

Article 18 Our school strictly implements the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and other relevant regulations on the physical health of candidates.

After the new students enter the school, our school will review the qualifications of the new students in accordance with the national enrollment policy and student status management regulations. For freshmen enrolled in art and sports majors, organize experts to conduct re-examination and review of the admission majors. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be dealt with by the school in accordance with the relevant enrollment regulations until the admission qualification is cancelled.

Article 19 Our school adopts the sorting method of "scores first, then grades" for the admission of candidates in Jiangsu Province, and the requirements for the subjects and grades of the examinations are subject to the contents announced by Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute in the enrollment plan.

Article 20 Our school adopts the admission rule of "queuing for admission according to professional wishes within the enrollment plan 1: 1" for candidates entering Inner Mongolia.

Twenty-first our school in the pilot province of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, the subject requirements of high school academic level examination and the use of students' comprehensive quality archives materials shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial (city) Education Examinations Institute.

Chapter V Fees and Issuance of Graduation Certificates and Degree Certificates

Twenty-third students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in ordinary colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004]118). Twenty-fourth students in Sichuan Province are exempt from tuition and accommodation fees during their school days, and enjoy living allowance during their school days. The specific policies are subject to the relevant documents of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education.

Chapter VI Others

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of our school.
