Second, you must go through the following procedures when you declare.

(1) report with the admission notice, admission ticket and ID card. All male citizens who have reached the age of 18 must go to military service registration before entering school, and they must bring their military service certificates or relevant certificates from military service registration when reporting for duty.

(2) Transfer the relationship between the Party and the Communist Youth League. The organizational relationship of party member was transferred to "Organization Department of Party Committee of qujing normal University" through the organization department of the county (city, district) Committee; The organizational relationship of party member outside Yunnan Province was transferred from the organization department of the county (city, district) committee to the organization department of Qujing Municipal Committee at home, and then transferred to the school by the organization department of Qujing Municipal Committee. You can't directly transfer to qujing normal College from your middle school, township (town) party committee or local education bureau; The letter of introduction of organizational relations should be carried with you and submitted to the relevant departments when reporting. (3) Household registration

1. The transfer of new registered permanent residence should be voluntary. When entering the school, freshmen decide whether to transfer their hukou according to their own situation, and those who do not transfer their hukou will keep their original hukou.

2. Freshmen who need to move their household registration into the school should go through the relevant formalities when they enter the school, and they will not go through the formalities after the deadline. The transfer voucher should be printed by computer. Under special circumstances, the handwritten transfer voucher must be written neatly and the seal on the transfer voucher must be clear. Freshmen must carefully check each item on the transfer certificate, and the transfer certificate information is consistent with the admission notice. If there is any mistake or omission, it should be checked and changed by the local public security organ, and it will be valid only if it is stamped with the special seal for household registration.

3. Household registration address: qujing normal College.

Freshmen who move into their registered permanent residence need to hand over their height and blood type measured by the hospital, and hand over the transfer certificate to the new student registration office for migration in registered permanent residence.

2. Accommodation fee. 3. Physical examination fee, earphone fee, student accident and hospitalization medical insurance fee, military training clothing fee, etc. It is expected that in 350 yuan, students will pay the fees directly to the service unit.

4. Teaching material fee. After students report for duty, according to the professional needs, they choose their own teaching materials during the period of centralized book supply in the school, and the cost is around 800 yuan.

After receiving the bank card, freshmen should first bring their ID card to the counter of any branch of the local Agricultural Bank to activate the account and modify the password; Be sure to deposit the total amount of tuition and accommodation in the card before August 20 16:30 to prevent the Agricultural Bank of China from deducting the total amount of tuition and accommodation in batches; When students register for registration, they should go to the newspaper offices of various colleges and inquire about the payment information office; You can appropriately deposit more cash in the bank chip card to pay the deposit fees and daily living expenses in different places (outside Qujing).

2. There is an ATM of Agricultural Bank of China on campus, which is convenient for students to deposit and withdraw money and pay fees through this card during their school days. There is no handling fee for handling deposit and withdrawal business in Qujing area. The scholarships and subsidies of students during their school days are all credited to this card. Please keep this card properly.

3. For students who have applied for student loans, the deposit amount in the card must be less than the total tuition and accommodation fees, otherwise the fees will be withheld and there is no need to go through the payment procedures on the day of registration. After the student loan arrives at the end of the year, the tuition and accommodation fees are deducted and paid, and the remaining student loan is refunded and transferred to the student's own bank card.

4. Please prepare a copy of the ID card for each freshman (requirements: the front and back of the ID card should be copied on the same A4 paper), and submit it to the class after registration, which will be used as the materials for handling the bank savings chip card and submitted to the Planning and Finance Department.

5. Other precautions: After receiving the bank chip card, freshmen should carefully check their names and card numbers. If there is any discrepancy, please do not use this card (use other UnionPay cards to pay directly at the financial toll office). Please take good care of this card! Once lost, please report the loss to any branch of Agricultural Bank of Qujing in time (freshmen from other places can report the loss by telephone at 95599).

(2) dormitory online pre-selection

In order to simplify the registration procedure, the school has established an online dormitory pre-selection system. Students who should charge their tuition and accommodation fees into the designated Agricultural Bank of China card before August 20th 16:30 can log in to the dormitory pre-selection system and choose their own dormitory. Specific steps: log on to the homepage of qujing normal University () and enter "Student Management" (user name: candidate number; Password: the last six digits of the new student ID number). Check the dormitory information after logging in and complete the dormitory pre-selection. Freshmen who have completed the online pre-selection of dormitory will go through the check-in formalities directly with the admission notice and online booking accommodation form when they report for duty, and then go through other admission procedures; For freshmen who have not pre-selected dormitory online, the school will arrange dormitory on the spot according to the order of registration.

(3) Purchasing luggage service
