The innovative training plan for college students is as follows:

I. Introduction:

College students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is a national innovation and entrepreneurship training plan determined by the Ministry of Education during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.

Through the implementation of the national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan, colleges and universities will be promoted to change their educational concepts, reform the talent training mode, strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship training, enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students on the basis of innovation, and cultivate high-level innovative talents to meet the needs of building an innovative country.

Second, the content plan:

The content of the national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan includes three categories: innovation training project, entrepreneurship training project and entrepreneurship practice project.

1. The innovation training plan is for undergraduates to independently complete innovative research project design, research condition preparation and project implementation, research report writing and achievement (academic) exchange under the guidance of tutors.

2. Entrepreneurship training program is an undergraduate team. Under the guidance of the tutor, each student in the team plays one or more specific roles in the process of project implementation, by writing business plans, feasibility studies, simulating enterprise operations, participating in enterprise practice, writing entrepreneurial reports, etc.

3. Practice project is a student team. Under the guidance of school tutors and enterprise tutors, an innovative product or service with market prospect is proposed by using the results of previous innovative training projects (or innovative experiments), and entrepreneurial practice activities are carried out on this basis.

Relevant requirements of innovative training plan for college students

1, the significance of reform:

The significance of promoting the reform of talent training mode. Participating colleges and universities should set up school-level organization and coordination institutions led by school leaders in charge of teaching, with the participation of educational administration, scientific research, equipment, finance, industry and other functional departments, formulate practical management methods and supporting policies, and incorporate the daily management of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan into the undergraduate teaching management system.

2, tutor team construction:

The tutorial system is implemented for students who participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students. Participating universities should formulate relevant incentive measures, encourage teachers to serve as mentors for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training projects, and actively hire enterprise mentors to guide students' entrepreneurship training and practice.

3. Conditional structure:

The demonstration experimental teaching centers, various open laboratories and key laboratories at all levels participating in colleges and universities should provide experimental sites and experimental instruments and equipment for students participating in the project free of charge. The University Science Park participating in the planned universities should actively undertake the task of innovation and entrepreneurship training for college students, and provide technical, venue, policy, management and other support and business incubation services for the students participating in the plan.

4. Cultural atmosphere:

Build a platform for students' exchange and carry out exchange activities regularly. Encourage outstanding students, support project students to participate in academic conferences inside and outside the school, and provide students with opportunities to exchange experiences, display achievements and enjoy innovative and entrepreneurial resources. Schools should also organize regular exchanges between project instructors.
