Build. According to official website of Xi University of Technology, the new campus of Xi University of Technology in Xixian New Area started construction in June 2023. Xi University of Technology is a high-level university jointly built by the central and local governments and a key university in Shaanxi Province. It is also the implementing agency of the national plan to revitalize higher education in the central and western regions-the basic capacity building project of colleges and universities in the central and western regions.
