(a) the dormitory must be cleaned every day, keep clean and beautiful, clean once a week, and remove the sanitary corner.
(2) The dormitory administrator is responsible for arranging dormitory hygiene. Each member in the dormitory should divide the work and clean, and the duty list should be posted in a conspicuous place in the dormitory. Without permission, no student is allowed to change the dormitory and bed at will.
(3) The College conducts irregular inspections on student dormitories every week, which shall be the responsibility of the Student Union Life Department of the College. No student may refuse the examination for any reason, and special circumstances need to be proved.
(4) During the inspection, the inspection department will write down the number and matters needing attention of the unstacked beds in the form of post-it notes, and take photos to register serious violations.
(5) The results of dormitory hygiene inspection will be publicized through the official WeChat account of the College of Environmental Engineering and the bulletin board of the College. The specific scores are: red flag: 85- 100, blue flag: 75-84, green flag: 65-74 and black flag: 0-64.
(6) At the end of each semester, the college will select "excellent dormitories" of all grades to be rewarded, and give informed criticism to the dormitory that has won the black flag for many times.
Article 2 Hygienic standards for dormitories
(1) Bedding requirements: Bedding should be kept clean and tidy, quilts should be stacked neatly, and bed sheets should be uniformly distributed by the school to keep it clean and beautiful, and other clothes and sundries should not be placed on the bed.
(2) Ground requirements: the ground should be kept clean, free of garbage such as peels and scraps of paper, shoes should be placed neatly and properly, and the bed bottom should be kept clean.
(3) Wall requirements: The wall is free of graffiti and damage, and the wall decoration has an overall aesthetic feeling, which can enhance the characteristics of individuals and dormitories.
(4) Balcony requirements (dormitory in the north area): the balcony glass should be clean and bright, the decorations should be beautiful and not affect the indoor light, the window sill should be free of dust, the curtains should be clean, and garbage should not be stored on the balcony.
(5) Indoor requirements: Indoor toiletries shall be placed neatly, and the washstand shall be kept tidy. Put the trash can in a proper place and keep it clean.
(6) Indoor safety: Do not use candles and other open flames, do not use high-power electrical appliances, ensure the safety of dormitories, and care for public finances.
(7) Air requirements: keep indoor air circulating, prevent odor, regularly open windows for ventilation, regularly disinfect indoor air, eliminate mosquitoes, and pay attention to personal hygiene.
(VIII) Living environment requirements: Snacks and other items are not allowed to be sold in the dormitory, pets are not allowed, cigarette butts and bottles are not allowed to appear, and a warm and harmonious study and living environment is created.
(9) Dormitory atmosphere requirements: rest on time during the break, no noise, dormitory members unite and help each other, live in harmony, and feel like a family.
