Mining engineering mainly studies the basic theories and methods of mining solid (coal, metal and nonmetal) deposits, including mining area planning, mining design, strata control technology, mine safety technology and engineering design. And most of them are engaged in the mining field. For example: the development planning of oil and natural gas, the design and mining of mines, the prevention of mine disasters such as landslides, the ventilation and safety technology of mines, etc.
