Zhejiang Yu Ying Vocational and Technical College, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a private higher vocational college. Its predecessor was Zhejiang Yu Ying University of Arts and Science, which was founded in 1998. From April 65438 to April 0994, Mr. Huang Jiyun, an industrialist in Wenzhou, invested in the assets of private Qianjiang Senior High School in his own name and founded a private college on this basis.
1998 In May, Zhejiang Yu Ying University of Arts and Sciences was established with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, enrolling students for the whole province. It officially opened on September 14, 2008. In March, 2000, Zhejiang Yu Ying Vocational and Technical College was established with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and implemented full-time general higher vocational and technical college education, becoming the first full-time higher education institution invested by individual citizens in Zhejiang Province.
