Personally, I think it's best not to be a petty officer. There is no guarantee except a good salary. Don't think about promotion. There are only two ways to be a cadre. One is to take an examination of a military school, which is limited to the age of 23. The other is meritorious walking, but at least one second-class merit or two or three third-class merit is needed. You can't think about meritorious service. It's no easier than taking the college entrance examination for undergraduate courses. For the first time, the general petty officer reached the third level. But I can't find a large number of third-level non-commissioned officers who can't find jobs here, and even if they find jobs, they are not ideal. Generally speaking, after non-commissioned officers are demobilized or transferred to other jobs, they start from scratch.
Senior noncommissioned officers are hard to find, and grade 5 and 6 noncommissioned officers belong to senior noncommissioned officers. At present, there are no 6-level noncommissioned officers in our province's armed police, but there are two 5-level and 4-level noncommissioned officers, which are very rare as giant pandas.
