In response to online queries, I list the following points.
1. Are you really a teacher of Tsinghua Peking University?
Yes, the teacher who gives lectures is indeed from Tsinghua Peking University, but the corresponding customer service seniors are not necessarily seniors.
2. Can you really get points?
I want to say that the teachers of Tsinghua Peking University do have a set of teaching methods, and they can basically get points, which is more suitable for students below average. If you want to sprint 145+, forget it! But scores really vary from person to person. I bought math and English at that time, and the improvement of math was the most obvious. I got over 40 points in the back and forth exam. Qiu Chong's strength is there. He speaks derivatives, trigonometric functions and conic curves very well, but his English is not obvious. I found that I was born disgusted with English and felt that no one could save me.
Some people say not to mention points, so I won't comment here.
3. Poor customer service attitude.
This should be the most discussed about learning well.
However, I have also encountered customer service dissatisfaction, which gave me the feeling that I answered irrelevant questions, so I contacted after-sales to help me change to a customer service senior, who was really responsible, patient and had a nice voice (hahahaha).
What I want to say is really a slap in the face. We will encounter customer service with poor attitude, but I think these customer service seniors should meet many wonderful students and parents. I haven't seen a complete evidence about the poor service and attitude of Tucao. I can only say that everyone can tell for themselves!
In fact, you don't have to care too much about the negatives on the internet. Now these online class platforms are stinking. You scold me, I scold you and look down on each other. Can you accept the method and style of the main teacher's lectures? Listen to a few more audition classes and you will know.
