cardio-pulmonary function

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, Marfan's syndrome, ascending aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection aneurysm and other diseases sometimes have no obvious symptoms in daily life and are not easy to find. Similar tragedies can be effectively avoided by color Doppler echocardiography.
Electrocardiogram, heart rate
Electrocardiogram is the earliest, most commonly used and most basic method to diagnose coronary heart disease. If the heart rate is significantly higher than 100 beats/min or lower than 60 beats/min, or it is suggested that the dangerous type has arrhythmia or obvious myocardial ischemia, it is not recommended to participate in the competition.
blood pressure
The normal range of blood pressure is: high pressure130-90-60mmhg, low pressure 90-60mmhg. Those who are obviously beyond the normal range are not allowed to participate in the competition.
Exercise treadmill test
If you usually have chest tightness, heart discomfort and other symptoms, you can't find any problems with heart color ultrasound and electrocardiogram. It is recommended to do a flat test. Under normal circumstances, the report is "positive" and it is recommended not to participate in the competition.
