/kloc-0 In the summer of 937, Shen Zhenmin was admitted to Beiping Normal University. Soon, the July 7th Incident broke out, and Beiping Normal University, Beiyang University and Beiping University jointly moved to Xi 'an. In Xi 'an, Shen Zhenmin formally joined the Party's peripheral progressive organization, China National Liberation Pioneer, and began his 55-year revolutionary career.

"1May 938, my father was secretly developed into party member." Shen Qiang clearly remembers this critical moment in his father's life. "Since then, he has been consciously obeying the decision of the party organization and obeying the command of the party organization to engage in revolutionary struggle."

In Xi 'an, there are Shen Zhenmin, Chen Zhongjing and Xiong Xianghui, who are known as the "last three outstanding figures" of our party's intelligence front. They are all secret party member, and they are all college students in Ping Jin, which left an impression on the Kuomintang authorities. In the contact with Hu Zongnan, young students who are slightly left-leaning are more concerned. Because in Hu Zongnan's view, people who lean slightly to the left are often young people with knowledge and ability.

Before entering the intelligence work, Shen Zhenmin did not receive special technical training. Although the organization put forward the principle of deep ambush, it did not put forward specific work steps. In order to go deep into the tiger's den and ambush for a long time, he went through a very difficult and complicated process. To this end, he was very distressed, very painful, and even cried.

"At that time, my father took five allowances for the party, government and army." Shen Qiang said, "But his income has been paid in full, and he has left nothing."

When Shen Zhenmin's position in the Kuomintang was consolidated and he could obtain secrets, he let go to develop the organization and strengthen the intelligence work, and the scope of his work was expanding day by day. Regarding the Youth League, Mao Zedong once said: "The Shaanxi Youth League is different, and it is in our hands to a considerable extent." Obviously, this is closely related to the work of Shen Zhenmin and Chen Zhongjing.

In order not to expose the party organization in an ambush for a long time, Shen Zhenmin and his comrades solemnly agreed that if a comrade who cooperates with * * * is unfortunately found by the enemy, the enemy will hand him over to another comrade among them for trial and execution, and when he can't save that comrade, he must do it without hesitation. The executed comrade-in-arms should not reveal his true identity in the dying cry, but should always bury his true belief and glorious proletarian ideal in his heart to protect the existence of other comrades-in-arms

Shen Qiang said that both his father and his comrades-in-arms were revolutionary optimists. When they meet, they often say with ease and humor, "We carry our heads up every day to make a revolution." In this way, Shen Zhenmin hid the true face of party member for a long time, publicly appeared as a reactionary official of the Kuomintang, and carried the "blame" until after liberation.
