Share the postgraduate entrance examination for law major of Central University of Finance and Economics.

Briefly introduce my personal situation: I am a master of law (major in law) from Central University of Finance and Economics, and then briefly introduce my preparation process, hoping to help you.

First of all, regarding the choice of schools, there are several considerations in choosing Cai Zhong LLM: 1. Compared with studying for two years, Master of Law is not a research-oriented talent, and Master of Law is becoming a development trend and relatively simple. 2. When choosing a school, directly locate Beijing. Personally, I think the region is the most important factor in choosing a school. 3. Because I feel that time is tight, the ratio of 4: 6 for the initial examination and re-examination in Cai Zhong is more suitable for me, which means that the initial examination is only a qualification line, and teachers pay more attention to your performance in the re-examination, as well as your performance in the university and whether you passed the judicial examination. Therefore, choosing a school is sometimes even more important than how you review. Everyone must choose according to their own actual situation, their own specialties and their own preferences. Never set your eyes above the top and never underestimate your own strength.

A Tool for Postgraduate Entrance Examination —— Judicial Examination

At the same time, I prepared for the postgraduate entrance examination and the department examination, because the questions of Fa Shuo, especially the multiple-choice questions of the initial questions, are becoming more and more scientific, and the judicial examination in September is still very helpful for the postgraduate entrance examination. Moreover, it is difficult to tell the truth by preparing for the French exam and the postgraduate entrance examination at the same time, but the probability of passing at the same time is still very high. First of all, how to prepare for the department exam. To pass the exam, we must first make down-to-earth efforts. If you can't do this, you can't talk about it. We should have such determination, since we have decided to take the exam once, we should not come again, because it is too painful. First of all, my teachers and textbooks are all my own choices. Finally, the choice of teachers is very important. In March, I officially started preparing for the teacher's exam. During the three months from March to June, I will review English for about 3 hours every day. I will talk about it in detail in the postgraduate section.

March-April review cycle:

Civil Law: Zhong Xiuyong's lecture on Da Rui is complete with real questions and audio.

April-May: Criminal Law, Liu Fengke Ruida Lecture supports real questions and audio. The emperor's class may not be suitable for me, but I think the effect is average. You can look at other people's recommendations again.

May-June: Mi Nv, Dai Peng purple compass, the watch on it is very good, and you can recite it directly later.

Administrative law: Li Jia, the internal handout used is about 40 pages.

Criminal prosecution: handouts downloaded from Gao Jia and WeChat official accounts.

June-July: Business classics: Yan Houshu 16 years old, handout 1 19. Because 1 19 are all small formulas, which are not conducive to understanding, you can use thick books to understand, supplement 1 19, and make a good comparison, followed by 1 19.

Three Kingdoms: john young's lecture notes, about dozens of pages.

Theoretical method: Bai Bin, an excellent teacher, must be used. I used his lecture notes and later his little green book. Everyone must use it. At that time, I finished my thesis 1.5 hours, and you will find it just like doing his questions in the examination room. He is also Cai Zhong's teacher. I'm going to start school. I need to sign it.

Everyone should pay attention to a round of review: 1. We must lay a good foundation in the early stage of civil punishment, even if it is very slow, don't be anxious and stable in the middle and late stages. I suggest that you review the civil law in an overlapping way. For example, review the civil law in March and start the criminal law. Every day, take out about 1h and read the civil law handout to do the questions. Learn one subject and don't lose one. At that time, I was too anxious to catch up with the progress, and there was no such overlapping review, which led to great pain later. I would say three. That's what I said just now: don't hurry up, don't compare with others, make a general time plan and do your own thing. 4. In addition to civil punishment, it is recommended to use thin handouts for other subjects instead of reading thick books. For civil complaints, use a thick book to read only the front form, and then make a supplement to the form in class. What I did well in the first round of review was to sort out the materials and notes used in the second and third rounds in one round, which saved a lot of time later. 5. Unfortunately, at that time, I used Yang Xiong's lecture notes to do the Ning Zuo problem, and the effect was very bad. Everyone should remember, don't be greedy, and have teachers for handouts, classes and real questions. If you do all the work I said, it doesn't matter if you finish a round in August. I will tell you responsibly, it's too late. 7. Once you start your theoretical method, you should take out your time memory every day, otherwise you might as well start later.

(2) The second round of evaluation in July and August:

In fact, listening to audio in the second round of civil punishment is also a waste of time. The key is your own memory after understanding. Because the first round didn't do a good job of overlapping review, the second round found it hard to forget the civil punishment, so I began to listen to the video for the second time and sort out my notes and a book of knowledge system while doing real questions. Because it was the second time, the speed must be faster than the first time. The civil law and criminal law are about 30 pages, and the later review proves that this is necessary. Later, others need to recite civil punishment subjects for two or three days, and I only need two or three hours, which is very efficient. August-August 20th: Review other 6 subjects. Recite each subject for about 5 times in a small cycle every 4 days. Remember not to use a thick back, just use your own thin back several times.

In the second review, I think 1 is the process of memorizing things skillfully. It is very important to brush the questions, but we must not just brush the questions and ignore the recitation. Secondly, I didn't do a simulation question during the whole exam, not only because I didn't have enough time, but also because the value of the real question was really above everything else. If you really have time, you must thoroughly understand the real problem before doing the simulation problem given by the teacher. I haven't used any excellent lectures by Rita, and I think my notes know me best. 4. In addition, start practicing Paper 4 about 40 days before the exam, and take out 1h every night. I recommend the book Du Hongbo Volume 4 Breakthrough 120. You can practice 2 courses every night after checking the answer method. Don't start the fourth book too early, but you must practice. Templates should be prepared for the other two major questions 1 and 7. This year, Volume 4 may be tested separately, so don't worry, because the first three volumes are well prepared, and there will be no problem if you practice Volume 4 a little. In the second round, I did better, that is, when I finished reciting all the subjects, I made a real question of 14 to check for leaks and make up for gaps, and made a serious analysis of the test paper. What is the problem of each topic, because I didn't remember or understand it. How many points can be improved in subjects that have not been tested?

(3) Three rounds of review from August 20th to September:

It took about 10 days to read the lecture notes of 8 subjects, and the wrong questions passed, but I didn't finish reading them. Take five days as a round, or you can arrange it yourself according to your own situation.

(4) Four rounds of review 9-9. 15:

Do about 5 sets of papers every three days as a cycle to simulate the feeling of the examination room, and take time to continue reciting every morning. After these four rounds, it is over. What I remember most about Sike is not the sultry afternoon in the air, nor the small Woods endorsed every morning, but the mosquitoes with strong fighting capacity. At that time, they were bitten a lot every day and tried all kinds of mosquito repellent methods without eggs at all. Everyone should be mentally prepared. In addition, I haven't been back to the dormitory for lunch break since May. Besides saving time, I really can't sleep in the dormitory. You can buy a pillow for lunch break in the classroom.

Postgraduate entrance examination is much more difficult than postgraduate entrance examination. If you pass the entrance examination and establish the framework of master of law, it will not be easy to review the professional courses of master of law. I hope that whenever you slack off, think about the joy after your achievements and you will be full of motivation.

2. Formal review of postgraduate courses

The review of English and CET is carried out at the same time, and the review of professional courses and politics begins after CET.

Schedule of March-June: Set aside about 3 hours to review English every day. The first word is about1.5h. I use Zhu Wei's Love Story plus his long story in unit 10, with a unit of ***40. I watched part of it in the winter vacation, and it took less than a month to watch it for the first time in March. I still used the superposition review method. After listening to one unit, I have to take time to recite it the next day. The real question is about1.5h. I used Zhang Jian's yellow book. Since 1997, I have read 1-2 articles every day, and I won the world by reading 40 points. I got 38 points in reading for the postgraduate entrance examination.

How to read:

1. Do the problem. Look at the questions first, then do them. Each article is about 15-20min.

2. Translation: What I did at that time was to translate the whole article, copy a paragraph and translate a paragraph. Practicing translation questions is also very beneficial. If you really don't have time, you should also translate the key sentences in the text.

3. Sort out the words and phrases you don't know.

4. Read more and review the professional course 5438+00 in June.

Information I use:

1. Analysis of the Veneer Test for Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), you can use this book as the main review material of law without any teaching materials, and there is no need to buy a green exam guide.

2. The chapter classification and detailed explanation of Cheng Hua's real questions (law and illegal studies) over the years should be done.

3. The compilation of the true questions of the French-Master Joint Examination published by the National People's Congress over the years, compiled in different years, first doing law, and then doing illegal studies.

4. moire fashuo sprints before the exam.

5. Civil penalty notes as a framework system. Bai Bin's lecture notes on theoretical law are the basis for understanding Fa Shuo.

Round (10.15-11month):

I read the textbook for about three weeks, matched the real questions and marked the real questions on the textbook. I don't think you should spend a long time reading the whole textbook when reviewing. Reading while reciting and helping with the problem is king. Efficient, time-saving, and focused.

During this period, the time given to English every day is 2 hours. If I feel that the word foundation in the early stage is weak, I will look at the words. Personally, I haven't read the words. There have been several rounds of reviewing words during the exam, so what we have to overcome during this period is reading and other questions. Keep the amount of two readings plus a cloze and a new question every day. During this time, I began to watch politics, mainly using Xiao Xiurong's little red book and Ruan Ye's various materials about Ma Yuan. If you think the little red book is too thick, you can also choose to directly use Xiao Xiurong's audio in "Light Grass". In the first round, give 1-2 hours of politics every day, and make sure to finish the sorting of the first round of political audio and notes before 1 1.

The second round (165438+1October-165438+1October 20th):

Professional course: directly recite the textbook, focus on the internal sprint information of the literary movement, and organize your own subjective notes. The winner will win the world. In fact, you should have similar thoughts in your mind when you look at the subjective questions. For example, short answer 10, the five points in the textbook must be thoroughly understood. Do the real question again.

During this period, English is mainly about the preparation of composition. At that time, the requirements for composition were 12 for large composition and 7 for small composition. The information I use is Wang Jiangtao's Blue Book, which is 30 pages ahead. In these 20 days, I have probably kept the speed of reciting one article a day, and then I must remember to write it silently the next day, otherwise it is useless to recite only unfamiliar compositions. During this period of politics, we should at least finish Xiao Xiurong 1000, recite one side of the relationship chapter as soon as possible, and then brush the wrong questions several times.

Three rounds (165438+1October 20th-65438+February):

Reciting notes (exam, postgraduate entrance examination) is the sprint question of moire method.

By this time, the real English questions should have been done at least twice. You can try to train time and train a whole set of real questions. Reading each article should not exceed 20 minutes. My requirement for myself is to read it in 65 minutes. Do a complete set of real questions to simulate the test status, check for missing items, read the key questions several times, and be sure to memorize the questions you have sorted out. During this period, Xiao four shaw's eight political questions have been written, and Xiao Xiurong has to memorize every big question in the four sets of questions, so the subjective questions in the examination room are basically no problem. I didn't do it because I didn't have time.

The first part has already mentioned the general situation of the second interview, so I won't go into details. Next, I will talk about how to prepare for the second interview. From the feedback of students after the second interview, the second interview mainly focuses on examination analysis, many of which are basic topics, but there are also some very open topics that need to be combined with their own understanding of some hot issues. Oral English needs to be prepared by yourself, a self-introduction (although Chinese will be available in 2020, which is very special), and then some topics related to your daily life. There will be a lot of these contents on the internet during the second interview, and you can learn from the training when you are ready.

Re-examination process:

Introduce yourself in Chinese first, and then extract the topic labels, an oral English topic and a professional topic, English first, and then a professional topic. Before answering, the teacher will look at the questions you drew, and the candidates will answer after reading them. If you don't hear clearly, you can tell the teacher that you didn't hear clearly. After the examinee answers, some teachers will ask questions, but usually they won't. After all the questions are answered, the examiner will ask you about your specific situation, such as the French test, CET-4 and CET-6, whether you are in party member and so on.

The overall difficulty of the second interview is not great, and everyone still focuses on analysis. The initial test scores accounted for 60%, and the second test accounted for 40%. There is little difference between the final result of the re-examination and the comprehensive ranking of the initial examination. I was one place behind at that time. Therefore, if you want to be stable in the end, you must spend more time in the initial stage and get high marks.

Three. conclusion

Finally, having said so much, I always want to tell all my younger brothers and sisters what I have accumulated this year, so that you can avoid detours in your review, but after all, you should take the road of postgraduate entrance examination and explore your own learning methods. Don't treat postgraduate entrance examination and department examination as two conflicting things at that time. We should regard the department examination as an auxiliary tool for postgraduate entrance examination and face it squarely. 1 years ago, like you, I stood in front of the senior high school entrance examination and postgraduate entrance examination, envious of the seniors and sisters who were admitted, and even thought that postgraduate entrance examination and postgraduate entrance examination were a difficult mountain. But please believe that as long as the method is correct and you work hard enough, there is no mountain that you can't cross. When you turn over and look back, you will feel that this journey is really hard, but it is really not as difficult as you thought.

I hope everyone can go all out, get their place, and leave no regrets, so as to draw a satisfactory end to the four-year university.
