(1) Northeastern University. Northeastern University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is jointly built by the Ministry of Education, Liaoning Province and Shenyang City. It is the first batch of "2 1 1 project" and "985 project" for the national "double first-class" construction universities.

(2) Liaoning University. Liaoning University, referred to as "Liaoning University", is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university and a first-class university in Liaoning Province. There are 3/kloc-0 colleges, 69 research institutes and 78 undergraduate majors. There are 8 postdoctoral mobile stations, 1-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points 12, 29-level discipline master degree authorization points and 24 professional master degree authorization points.

(3) China Medical University. China Medical University (hereinafter referred to as China Medical University (CMU)), located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, has 19 colleges, 2 research institutes, 2 teaching and research sections and 26 undergraduate majors. It has the right to award degrees in six disciplines and the right to award doctoral degrees in seven disciplines.
