Li, male, from Shehong County, Sichuan Province, is the president, professor and doctoral supervisor of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. 20 1 1 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Engineering. 1979 was admitted to the chemistry department of Sichuan Normal University (now the School of Chemistry and Materials Science of Sichuan Normal University). 1983 After graduation, he entered the Chemistry Department of Chongqing Normal University (now the Chemistry College of Chongqing Normal University) and taught for four years. 1992, graduated from Changchun Huaying Institute, China Academy of Sciences, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He used to be the distinguished professor of the Yangtze River, the winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund and the chief technical expert of the National Key Basic Research and Development Program (973 Program).
